Cover Supervisor - Nottingham

Location: Burton-Upon-Trent

Salary: £84 - £95 per day (PAYE)

This fantastic opportunity is facilitated through our valued partnership with Teaching Personnel, a distinguished education recruitment agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Skillfully oversee and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and orderly learning environment.

  • Inclusive Learning: Foster inclusivity within the classroom, promoting an environment where every student feels engaged and supported.

  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure strict adherence to school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and structured educational setting.

  • Lesson Support: Assist in the delivery of pre-prepared lessons, maintaining continuity in the learning process.

  • Student Engagement: Actively engage with students, creating a conducive atmosphere for constructive learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Flexibility for both long-term and day-to-day assignments within the standard working hours of 8:15 am to 3:00 pm.

  • Experience: Previous experience in educational settings is advantageous.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and effective classroom management techniques.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive daily rate: £85 - £90 per day, processed through PAYE.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
