Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Assessment: Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment to encourage student engagement and behaviour.
  • Wider Contribution: Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school life where possible.
  • Professional Development: Access continuous professional development and resources through Teaching Personnel to enhance your skills and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching at the secondary level in your subject area. NQTs/ECTs are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong classroom management, organisational skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work across different schools and adapt quickly to varying environments.
  • Commitment: A passion for education and a dedication to supporting the development of young people.
