JOIN OUR TEAM! Full-Time Teaching Assistant Wanted

We're looking for an incredible, dynamic FULL-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANT to join our team. As a key player in our mission to shape the future, you’ll be involved in supporting students at every stage of their learning journey—from EYFS, Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Passion for Teaching: You LOVE working with children and helping them unlock their potential.
  • Flexibility & Drive: You’re ready to work across all age groups (Key Stage 1 & 2), and you have the drive to adapt to various needs and challenges.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting teachers, working with students, and being a positive influence on the school culture.
  • Willingness to Travel: You’re not afraid to hit the road when needed! Whether it’s visiting partner schools or attending training, you’ve got a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A Great Communicator: Your communication skills are second to none—you build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents with ease!
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s- Including English and Maths, or a relevant/ higher qualification
  • NOT ESSENTIAL: Welsh Speakers, and candidates with ALN experienced are able to apply

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Supporting classroom activities across a range of subjects (Maths, English, Science, Art, and more!)
  • Helping to prepare resources and assist with lesson planning.
  • Working closely with teachers to create an inspiring and effective learning environment.
  • Supporting children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
  • Encouraging student engagement, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
  • Supporting the emotional and social development of all children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
