Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in Carmarthenshire? Do you speak fluent Welsh and have a desire to support children in a Welsh-medium or bilingual education setting?

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant school environment where you’ll help children reach their full potential while promoting the use of the Welsh language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to provide tailored support
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Promote the use of the Welsh language in all aspects of school life
• Assist with classroom management, preparation of materials, and supervision during activities

Requirements:

• Fluent Welsh speaker (spoken and written)
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
