Teaching Personnel's Permanent Workforce are working in collaboration with United Teaching to provide opportunities for university graduates to attain their teaching qualifications. Our aim is to find aspiring teachers based in the UK and assist in helping them embark on their teaching journey. This course will begin in September 2024.

Free training course with a 1-year salaried placement for all UK graduates
Option to enrol onto ‘Future Teachers’ programme to gain experience before beginning teacher training
Full qualified teaching status upon successful completion of teacher training
Free access to united teachings training scheme for all UK graduates
Available in most areas of the UK
What we are looking for:
UK based graduates with a desire to teach in secondary schools.
Core subject specialism graduates (all subject specialisms will still be considered)
Dedicated aspiring teachers who are willing to complete the course and begin their teaching career.
Graduates with some experience working with children
On this journey, successful UK graduates will have In-school experience stemming from covering lessons across all subject areas. This will allow you to develop your specialism by planning and delivering lessons in your subject. Similarly, it will help you develop insight by participating in pastoral aspects of school life.
United Teaching offer support and access comprehensive and bespoke professional development. You will be part of a community of Future Teachers sharing your experiences in school. Work with a mentor in your subject specialism providing support, feedback, and formal mentor meetings to reflect on your experience. The role’s location is flexible as we work in a wide range of schools across the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
