Flexible Supply Teacher Opportunity in Bournemouth
Teaching Personnel is seeking an Unqualified Flexible Supply Teacher to work in schools across the Bournemouth and Christchurch area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education, looking to gain classroom experience, or seeking a flexible role starting in January 2024.
Position Details
- Role: Unqualified Supply Teacher
- Location: Bournemouth
- Start Date: January 2024
- Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time options available
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and hours worked
Your Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Cover lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring, mentoring).
- Confidence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
- No formal teaching qualifications are required, but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
