Teaching Personnel is seeking an Unqualified Flexible Supply Teacher to work in schools across the Bournemouth and Christchurch area. Your Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Cover lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring, mentoring).
• Confidence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
• No formal teaching qualifications are required, but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
