Are you an inspiring and committed Early Years teacher ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel is proud to be recruiting for a Full-Time EYFS Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Bispham, Blackpool, starting after Easter 2025.

The Role:

As the EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Early Years Framework, ensuring children have a strong foundation for future learning.
  • Encourage the holistic development of each child, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to cater to the individual needs of children in your care.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and confident.
  • Work closely with support staff, parents, and colleagues to promote excellent learning outcomes.
  • Track and assess progress, maintaining detailed records and adjusting teaching methods as required.

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for Early Years education.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
