EYFS Teacher Job from February 2025.
Overview of the Role
The Headteacher of a one form entry Primary School in Darwen is looking to appoint an Inspirational EYFS Teacher from February 2025. This role is to cover maternity leave for at least two terms and is a full-time class teaching role five days per week. This role will continue until February 2025. The school are looking for an experienced EYFS Practitioner; experience delivering the Read Write Inc Phonics Scheme would be beneficial but not essential – experience using 2Simple assessment software would also be advantageous. The school have expressed they would ideally prefer a fully inducted Teacher; however, they are considering Newly Qualified Teachers holding Outstanding placement reports. Experience of working alongside children with Special Educational Needs is essential for this role as they have been informed there will be three children arriving in their next cohort with EHCP’s.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
