Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to make a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in a high-needs SEND school in the beautiful New Forest. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and managing challenging behaviour in a positive, inclusive environment.
Role: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant
Location: New Forest
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour (National Living Wage)
Contract: Initially through Teaching Personnel with a view to transitioning to a direct school contract after a successful probation period.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with pupils with higher needs and challenging behaviour.
- Commitment to full-time hours with flexibility to meet the needs of the school.
- A supportive, patient, and resilient approach to education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
