Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and managing challenging behaviour in a positive, inclusive environment.

Role: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant
Location: New Forest
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour (National Living Wage)
Contract: Initially through Teaching Personnel with a view to transitioning to a direct school contract after a successful probation period.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with pupils with higher needs and challenging behaviour.
• Commitment to full-time hours with flexibility to meet the needs of the school.
• A supportive, patient, and resilient approach to education.
