Job Duties:

• Supervising students during examinations
• Distributing, collecting, and securing exam materials
• Maintaining a quiet and controlled testing environment
• Assisting with any issues or queries that arise during exams
• Following all exam regulations and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliability and punctuality

Education:

No specific educational requirements

Experience:

No prior experience necessary, training will be provided

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good organisational skills
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in exam invigilation
• Knowledge of exam procedures and regulations

Working Conditions:

Part-time hours during exam seasons, may require early mornings or late afternoons
