Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons tailored to meet diverse student needs.

• Plan and implement effective lesson plans to inspire and motivate students.
• Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Partner with senior teachers and mentors to refine your teaching strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is in the process of completing their ECT year.
• Committed to delivering high standards of teaching and improving student outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Adaptable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive environment.
• Flexible and open to teaching in different schools and settings.
