Strategic Director of Education - Greater London (Remote Working)
Teaching Personnel's PWR team are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a Strategic Director of Education. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to lead and shape educational strategy across a network of academies within the Greater London area, with the flexibility of remote working. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who can drive excellence and ensure outstanding outcomes for all students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight, developing and implementing innovative educational strategies, and leading school improvement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of educational best practices, a proven track record of successful leadership, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for educational improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives.
- Lead and support academy leaders in driving school improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and regulations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an inclusive and equitable education.
This role offers a competitive salary on SCP 81-85 (£110,097 - £119,256) (National) plus pension. The position commences on 1st September 2025, with applications closing on 31st March 2025 at 11:59 PM. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
