Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons and manage classroom activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Follow the school's lesson plans and adapt where necessary to meet the needs of the students.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and motivated.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful atmosphere.
• Provide feedback to school staff on the students' progress and behaviour during your supply day.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in primary education.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to quickly build rapport with students and school staff.
• A proactive attitude, willing to step into different year groups and settings.
• Ability to follow and adapt lesson plans effectively.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £49.50, plus an annual subscription fee of £16 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
