Cover Supervisor

Job Role: Cover Supervisor

Location: Redditch, B97 / B98

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a handful of experienced cover supervisors to work at multiple secondary schools within the Redditch area of Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 3+ days per week and have previous experience as a cover supervisor within the UK. 

Teaching Personnel strive off our excellence to provide high level educators to all of our partnered schools. We will provide extra CPD training to all staff to ensure that they can excel in any school worked at. 

The ideal candidate:

- Will have previous experience working as a cover supervisor within the UK.

- Will have outstanding behaviour management.

- Will be avaiable for 3+ days per week.

- Will have an enahnce child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.

- Be able to successfully teach a class of up to 30 students from KS3 to KS5.

- Be confident and outgoing.

- Will positively represent Teaching Personnel in all schools booked in.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
