Cover Supervisor – Flexible Work in Secondary Schools

Location: Farnborough
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, Long-term or Day-to-Day Supply

What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
✔️ Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the absence of a teacher.
✔️ Supervise and engage students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
✔️ Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
✔️ Support students with their learning and answer general questions.
✔️ Work across a variety of subjects – every day is different!

Who Can Apply?

Teaching Assistants (TAs) & Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) looking for classroom leadership experience.
Graduates considering a career in teaching – perfect for gaining experience before applying for teacher training.
Unqualified teachers or instructors with experience working with young people.
Anyone with a passion for education and strong communication skills!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
