Cover Supervisor – Flexible Work Across Southampton

Location: Southampton
Contract Type: Flexible, Part-time or Full-time
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of a regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task.
  • Deliver pre-set work to students, managing classroom behaviour and providing support where needed.
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff, helping to create a positive learning environment.
  • Work flexibly across different schools, providing cover on a day-to-day or long-term basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
