The Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils who may require additional guidance. Working in close partnership with teachers, parents, and external professionals, you will implement effective strategies tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include developing personalised support plans, offering encouragement, and helping pupils build essential social and emotional skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
