Join Our Supportive Primary School Through Teaching Personnel!

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children’s learning? Teaching Personnel is seeking a General KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Bootle on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Working with small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning

• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs

Requirements:

• Experience working with KS2 pupils (school-based or relevant experience)

• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to learning support

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential. Teaching Personnel provide a Level 2 TA diploma course)

• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
