Behaviour Specialist Tutor | £25–£30 per hour | Teaching Personnel

Are you an experienced educator with the resilience and skill to support young people with behavioural needs?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Behaviour Specialist Tutors to work with pupils who require targeted, individualised support. This rewarding position offers flexible hours and a competitive rate of £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions to pupils with behavioural challenges

• Implement strategies to promote engagement, focus, and emotional regulation

• Build trusting relationships with learners to encourage personal and academic growth

• Liaise with schools, parents, and support services to ensure consistency and progress

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A background in supporting children or young people with behavioural difficulties (SEMH, PRU, EBD)

• A calm, patient, and confident approach to de-escalating challenging situations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to deliver core subject support or life skills in a structured, empathetic manner
