Art Teacher - Derby

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of our client secondary academy in Derby, who are looking to recruit an Art Teacher to start a long-term role from September, teaching Art for 4 days per week to cover a maternity until July 2022.

Due to this being a long-term role, you will be required to plan, deliver, and mark the work of the students so experience with this is essential. Ideally you will be a FQT, however, NQT's are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Starting September 2021
• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4
• Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme
• Supporting students in exam years, and tracking assessment

All candidates MUST:

• Have a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) in Art/Art and Design
• Have the right to work within the UK
• Have the ability to provide school based references
