Job Role: School Administrator
Contract: Full-time Mon-Fri (8:30am-16:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am-16:00pm Fridays)
Location: Huddersfield (HD2)
A school in Huddersfield are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to undertake duties in Student Services and at main reception after 3:30pm. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient and punctual.
Main Duties:
- Supporting at Student Services
- Experience using SIMS
- Assisting with displays
- Collating data
- Assist with School Visitors
- Making Certificates for award ceremonies
- Covering main reception occasionally
- Covering the First Aid room for half an hour (first aid experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Previous or relevant experience working as an Office Administrator
- Minimum of three months UK residency
- We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
- Please ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
