  • Supporting school leaders with HR tasks such as recruitment, managing compliance processes, and maintaining accurate staff records.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and external visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information in line with safeguarding guidelines.
  • Assisting with event coordination, payroll, and other operational needs depending on the school’s requirements.

About You:
We’re looking for organised and dependable professionals who are passionate about supporting schools and their operations. While experience working in schools is advantageous, it’s not essential.

Key skills and experience include:

  • A background in HR, office administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Confidence using IT systems, with knowledge of school management software (e.g., SIMS) being a bonus.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of a busy school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
