Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing school correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
• Overseeing HR tasks such as recruitment, compliance, and maintaining employee records.
• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external professionals in reception and administrative roles.
• Providing confidential and sensitive support in line with school safeguarding policies.
• Assisting with organising school events, managing schedules, and handling financial or payroll tasks where applicable.

About You:
We are looking for reliable and proactive HR and administrative professionals who thrive in a school environment. Experience in schools is desirable but not essential.

Key skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a relevant role (e.g., HR, administration, school office work).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Knowledge of school management systems (e.g., SIMS) is highly desirable but not essential.
