The Role

As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a student, helping them overcome barriers to education and fostering a trusting and positive relationship. This full-time position offers the potential for a permanent role within a collaborative and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong and supportive relationship with the student, ensuring they feel safe and valued.
• Offer emotional and academic support to help the student re-engage with their learning journey.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to maintain a consistent, individualized approach.
• Inspire and motivate the student to achieve their personal and academic goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
