Teaching Personnel's Flexible Furlough Scheme
In the first Covid-19 lockdown, we were able to support our candidates by being one of the very first to launch a furlough scheme.
Today, as we now find ourselves in the third national lockdown, we are pleased to confirm that Teaching Personnel will be launching a new flexible furlough scheme, to support all eligible candidates during this difficult time.
The new flexible furlough scheme is a little different to before and our teams are now hard at work, updating our systems and processes to ensure our scheme remains fully compliant with HM Government rules.
In the meantime, Teaching Personnel are already working very closely with all our school customers to understand their ongoing need for support. With many children still attending school as critical worker or vulnerable children, and extensive remote learning planned, we are already seeing far greater need for our candidates to continue to offer their vital support to schools at this time.
Teaching Personnel will be contacting eligible candidates during the next two weeks, but please be aware that under HM Government rules, not everyone is eligible. For those who are, we anticipate the first furlough payments will be made at the end of this month.
Finally, as we work hard in the next few weeks to get this money to all those who are eligible, we are grateful for your continued patience. However, should you have any questions, queries or concerns, please make contact with your usual consultant or branch.
Yours sincerely
Teaching Personnel
