Branch Support

We are here to make sure your career starts smoothly despite the disruption caused by the pandemic.

Our NQT team will quickly process your application and gather the information required to build your profile.
Your local team will discuss options and promote you to schools. We will provide advice and insight to help you succeed at interview and find the right school for you. They will be there to help you settle in and keep in touch throughout your NQT year.
If you feel you don’t have the experience to take on a permanent placement straight away, your consultant will talk you through the other options available, and how Teaching Personnel can support your career development.

Training Support

You will receive free access to six online support packs provided by our sister company Best Practice Network. Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework.

Pedagogy and Practice

This pack will support your classroom practice and help you promote pupil progress by applying an understanding of the way children learn.

Curriculum

This pack will support you in delivering the National Curriculum and help you design effective schemes of work by applying subject specific knowledge.
