Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to young people, helping them to achieve personal and social development goals
• Lead and participate in engaging activities, workshops, and group sessions
• Build positive relationships with young people and offer a safe, welcoming environment
• Assist in managing behaviour and provide support in resolving conflicts
• Work alongside other professionals to develop tailored programs for young people
• Support with planning and organising youth-focused events and activities

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people in a youth work, education, or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about supporting youth development
• DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
