Are you a passionate, qualified teacher looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join a primary school in Bath, working 2 days a week in a Year 5 class. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to make an impact in a supportive and vibrant school environment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 5 pupils.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Support the academic, emotional, and social development of pupils.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the school’s learning community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching primary-aged children, ideally in Year 5.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- A passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
