Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary school teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Bath. We are looking for a qualified teacher to work 3 days a week, teaching a Year 3/4 class, starting after the Easter Half Term and continuing until the end of the academic year. The position is being offered through a recruitment agency and will be paid in line with the national teacher pay scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons to Year 3/4 pupils.
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Support the development of students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary school-aged children, ideally in Years 3/4.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A passion for teaching and supporting young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
