Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant primary school?

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the BS10 area of Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is eager to contribute to the development and success of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and dynamic lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
  • Providing a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
  • Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure a high standard of education across the school
  • Supporting children with diverse learning needs, ensuring they are included and engaged in all activities
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support students’ academic and social progress

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably within Key Stage 2 (Year 4)
  • Passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning and development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Creative, organised, and able to inspire students to achieve their best
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £38, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
