Unqualified Teaching Assistant

They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and assisting in the day-to-day running of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who need extra help.
- Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Support students with additional learning needs (ALN), ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
- Help with the preparation and organization of teaching resources and materials.
- Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Encourage and promote students' social and emotional well-being.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable, but NOT essential.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
