They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and assisting in the day-to-day running of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who need extra help.
• Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support students with additional learning needs (ALN), ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
• Help with the preparation and organization of teaching resources and materials.
• Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
• Encourage and promote students' social and emotional well-being.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable, but NOT essential.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
