Teaching Personnel are working alongside a number of schools within Wellingborough who require Unqualified Teachers to join the school when planned and unplanned absences arise.
This role involves covering pre-set lesson plans and supervising students within the classroom, ensuring all safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed.
- Full and part time hours available, as you work on a flexible basis on days that you are available and when the schools need additional cover in the form of a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher

- Previous experience either working as a Cover Supervisor or delivering lessons in secondary schools as an Unqualified Teacher is preferred; however, we would welcome applications from anybody with transferable experience or those who have supported young people in a similar capacity.
Due to the nature of the role, no specific teaching qualification is required as all work will be set, and you will simply be required to deliver the work whilst you supervise the classroom and keep high behaviour and safeguarding standards. This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody who is considering a future career in teaching or for any recent graduates who would like to obtain further experience within a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
