Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored academic tutoring in Maths, English, Science, and ESOL

  • Support diverse learning styles and adapt instruction to suit individual needs

  • Monitor and communicate academic progress to stakeholders

  • Foster an inclusive and motivating learning space

  • Incorporate trauma-informed and therapeutic strategies to enhance student engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in tutoring, education, or youth support preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt your approach dynamically

  • Patience, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of education

  • Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
