Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored academic tutoring in Maths, English, Science, and ESOL
-
Support diverse learning styles and adapt instruction to suit individual needs

Monitor and communicate academic progress to stakeholders
-
Foster an inclusive and motivating learning space
-
Incorporate trauma-informed and therapeutic strategies to enhance student engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Prior experience in tutoring, education, or youth support preferred
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt your approach dynamically
-
Patience, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of education
-
Knowledge of SEN practices is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
