Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students in the assigned subject area.
• Develop and implement personalised lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance.
• Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and development.

Required Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in the subject area or education.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

Education:

Degree in the subject area or education

Experience:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Subject matter expertise
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in education or related field.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Experience using technology in education.
