Your Responsibilities:

• Provide learning support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils and offer pastoral support when needed.
• Encourage positive behaviour in the classroom and across the school.
• Support literacy and numeracy interventions, such as guided reading groups.
• Prepare engaging learning resources to support classroom activities.
• Assist with the school’s extra-curricular activities.

Role Details:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Pay: Minimum £12.90 per hour
• Location: Newport
• Start Date: February 2025
