Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Across Lancashire

We are currently recruiting a Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant to support in nurseries across Lancashire. Position: Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist EYFS practitioners in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and positive environment for young learners
- Provide one-on-one support to children with additional needs
- Assist in observing and tracking children’s progress
- Support children in their social, emotional, and personal development
- Help with the day-to-day operations and routines within the nursery setting
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for early years education and working with young children
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop within an early years environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and staff
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
- Ideally, some experience working with young children (voluntary or paid)
- A desire to pursue a career in early years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
