Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Across Lancashire

Position: Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist EYFS practitioners in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and positive environment for young learners
• Provide one-on-one support to children with additional needs
• Assist in observing and tracking children’s progress
• Support children in their social, emotional, and personal development
• Help with the day-to-day operations and routines within the nursery setting

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for early years education and working with young children
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within an early years environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and staff
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
• Ideally, some experience working with young children (voluntary or paid)
• A desire to pursue a career in early years education
