Teaching Assistant

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

• Assist students with their personal care. 

• Encourage and support pupils to achieve their learning goals.

• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.

What We Are Looking For:

• A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children and young people with SEND.

• Experience supporting children or adults with special needs OR experience working in a mainstream school setting. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students.

• Experience in an educational or care setting is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
