About the Role:
Our client, a vibrant and inclusive academy based in Oxford, is looking to appoint a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students across various key stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide in-class assistance, targeted interventions, and tailored support for individual pupils, including those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with their learning in and out of the classroom

• Assisting teachers in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required

• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive attitudes to learning

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance

• Contributing to the overall well-being and safeguarding of all pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)

• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

• A flexible and proactive attitude

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (desirable but not essential)
