Our client, a caring and well-resourced special needs school based in Witney, Oxford, is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team. About the Role:

• Multiple full-time, permanent SEN Teaching Assistant positions available

• Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties

• Working closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to implement tailored learning plans

• Providing 1:1 and small group support, both in and outside the classroom

• Assisting with personal care and promoting independence where required
