What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting the class teacher with delivering lessons and activities.
• Supporting individual students or small groups, helping them achieve their learning goals.
• Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Working with students who may need additional support, including those with special educational needs.
• Preparing classroom materials and resources for lessons.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students.
