Position: Teaching Assistant 
Location: Secondary Schools in Carmarthenshire (SA14-SA19)
Pay: £89 - £95 daily rate.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-15:30 (FT & PT)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to students of varying abilities

  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities

  • Offer one-to-one support for students who need extra help

  • Promote positive behavior and assist with classroom management

  • Work alongside teachers and other staff to support a nurturing learning environment

What Do You Need?

  • A passion for education and helping young people thrive

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

  • A DBS check (we can help with this!)

  • A positive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to get stuck in

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
