The ideal candidate will possess SEN and SEMH expertise, adopt a trauma-informed approach, and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships that break down barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Helping pupils engage positively with learning by providing encouragement and reassurance.
• Assisting in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Using proactive behavior management strategies to address challenges effectively.
• Building trust and rapport with students to help them overcome obstacles to their education.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in Alternative Provision (AP) or Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) settings is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and trauma-informed practices.
