Teaching Assistant - Full Time in Lincoln
Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in their education? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work full-time in schools across Lincoln.
Role Details:
- Location: Lincoln
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one assistance to students.
- Work with small groups or individual students, helping with literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
- Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the educational and emotional needs of all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
