Support Assistant – SEN Provisions
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for dedicated Support Assistants to provide 1-to-1 support within SEN provisions in Lincoln.

About the Role:

• Provide tailored 1-to-1 support to students with varying SEN requirements.
• Assist with learning activities, helping students to engage and achieve their full potential.
• Support personal care needs where required, ensuring the dignity and well-being of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a SEN setting or supporting individuals with additional needs is desirable.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with complex needs.
• Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
• The ability to build strong and supportive relationships with students and staff.
