Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in Lincoln

Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a vibrant educational environment in Lincoln. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of children with special educational needs.
Role Details:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: Lincoln
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to engage and succeed in their learning.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
- Assist in developing individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Help students build their confidence and develop essential life skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
