Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide effective classroom support to teachers and pupils.
• Assist in lesson planning and preparation.
• Deliver focused interventions to support pupil learning.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Contribute to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
• Actively engage with the school community, promoting its ethos and values.
• Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and ensure their consistent application.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.
