Teaching Assistant – Starting January 2025

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide effective classroom support to teachers and pupils.
- Assist in lesson planning and preparation.
- Deliver focused interventions to support pupil learning.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Contribute to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
- Actively engage with the school community, promoting its ethos and values.
- Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and ensure their consistent application.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
