Teaching Assistant
Job description
Are you passionate about supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing? A primary school in Spilsby is seeking multiple Psychology Graduates to join their team, providing essential SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) support to pupils.
The Role:
- Support small groups and individual pupils with SEMH needs.
- Deliver 1:1 sessions and liaise with class teachers and external agencies.
- Work closely with the SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
- Full-time role (8:45 AM - 3:30 PM) starting September 2024, with potential to continue into 2025.
What We’re Looking For:
- UK-based applicants only with a degree in Psychology or related field.
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
