Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.

• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.

• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

• Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.

• Help assess and monitor students' progress.

• Support students with special educational needs, promoting inclusion.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.

• Previous experience in a teaching or childcare role is desirable but not essential.

• A commitment to helping all students succeed, regardless of their background.
