Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Assist teachers in delivering dynamic and inclusive lessons.
• Foster pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and active learning.
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role (preferred).
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
